Aquablast have been supported and part funded by various significant organisations during the development of the recycling plant, including:
- WRAP (Waste Resource Action Programme of DEFRA)
- EU Enviro Life Fund
- EEDA (East of England Development Agency)
Leach Lewis Recycling have negotiated the exclusive rights to provide Aquablast with rubber tracks for them to use within their recycling centre.
We can also offer our customers a unique solution for recycling their OTR tyres, utilising another processor that Aquablast have just designed.
A key feature of our service is that customers will be able to verify that a full audit trail exists for their tracks, and that they are not only being fully recycled, but that it is being done using a zero emission process, without the use of any chemicals and with the elimination of any fire risk, as the waterjet process does not involve incineration, which is an acknowledged hazard within the conventional rubber recycling industry.
The customer will also receive a recycling certificate, showing what weight of tracks has been collected, and exactly where and when it was recycled.
For customers who have a quantity of tracks they need to recycle, we can offer a price per ton of tracks, either delivered to one of our centres, or put onto our transport when in your area.
Alternatively, we will also be able to offer a bespoke service, priced individually by track size, where the tracks can either be delivered to us, or alternatively picked up by a carrier company. |
